304 Stainless Steel Slow Closing Check Valve 300X-16P

300X slow closing check valve consists of main valve, check valve, needle valve, ball valve, micro filter and pressure gauge to form a hydraulic control receiver system. Utilizing hydraulic automatic operation, it can make the main valve get rapid opening or slow closing speed. Prevent the generation of water clock water strike to achieve the effect of slow closing muffling. When the slow-closing check valve feeds water from the inlet end, the water enters the main valve control room through the micro-filter, needle valve, check valve, and then drains to the downstream through the ball valve. Because the needle valve opening is smaller than the ball valve opening, that is, the main valve control room drainage rate is greater than the rate of water intake, so the control room pressure is reduced, acting on the lower end of the main valve disk inlet pressure to open the main valve to the downstream water supply. When the pipeline stops supplying water, if the downstream water begins to flow back, a part of the flow back water through the ball valve into the main control room, due to the check valve, the flow back water can not flow out of the main control room, resulting in the gradual increase in the pressure of the main control room, slowly close the main valve.
