YK741X diaphragm-type pressure reducing and stabilizing valve consists of main valve and needle regulating valve, pilot valve, ball valve and take-over system, the main valve body adopts the full channel, DC type, streamline design and two types of diaphragm-type or piston type structure. This product utilizes setting the spring pressure of the regulating pilot valve and adjusting the opening of the needle valve to set the outlet pressure, and stabilizes the outlet pressure through the feedback effect of the receiver system and the control room.
Working Principle
When the pipeline is fed from the inlet end, the water flows through the needle valve into the main valve control chamber, the outlet pressure acts on the pilot valve through the conduit, when the outlet pressure is higher than the set value of the pilot valve, the pilot valve closes, and the control chamber stops draining water, at this time, the pressure in the main valve control chamber rises and closes the main valve, and the outlet pressure does not rise any more. When the outlet pressure drops to the pilot valve set pressure the pilot valve opens and the control chamber drains downstream. As the drain volume of the pilot valve is larger than the inlet volume of the needle valve, the pressure in the main valve control chamber drops and the inlet pressure opens the main valve. In steady state, the control chamber feeds and drains the same amount of water, the opening degree remains the same, and the outlet pressure remains the same. The outlet pressure can be set by adjusting the pilot valve spring.
