Working Principle

The SD44X manual mud discharge valve primarily consists of a main valve, gearbox, gear handle, and gear positions. During operation, simply press the handle down to the stop position to open the valve; conversely, it closes rapidly. The SD44X manual sludge discharge valve boasts a service life exceeding two years and features rapid opening—typically achieving full valve plate opening within 5 seconds. The valve plate and body employ a soft seal, ensuring excellent sealing performance and zero leakage after closure. This design facilitates maintenance and replacement. When equipped with an electromagnetic directional control valve to operate the hydraulic cylinder, it enables remote control and automatic operation. When equipped with manual operation, 4 to 12 units can be installed in a row for simultaneous opening and closing. The driving pressure is sourced from the water plant itself, eliminating the need for additional equipment. This design saves labor and material resources while conserving energy.
