YQ98001 Filter Piston Adjustable Pressure Reducing Valve is an intelligent valve that utilizes the medium's own energy to regulate and control the pressure in the pipeline. When the valve is fed from the inlet end, the water flows through the needle valve into the main valve control room, and the outlet pressure acts on the pilot valve through the conduit. When the outlet pressure is higher than the spring setting of the pilot valve, the pilot valve closes. The control chamber stops draining, at which time the pressure in the main valve control chamber rises and closes the main valve, and the outlet pressure no longer rises. When the valve outlet pressure drops to the pilot valve spring setting pressure, the pilot valve opens and the control chamber drains downstream. As the pilot valve system drains more water than the needle valve inlet, the pressure in the main valve control chamber drops. The inlet pressure causes the main valve to open. In steady state, the control chamber inlet and discharge are the same, the main valve opening is constant, and the outlet pressure is stable. The outlet pressure does not change due to changes in the inlet pressure, nor due to changes in the outlet flow of the main valve, safe and reliable to maintain the outlet pressure at the set value. Working Principle
The YQ98001 filter piston-type adjustable pressure reducing valve transmits differential pressure signals via a Pitot tube to the pilot valve, flow control valve, and needle valve to execute dual-path control. This regulates the pressure in the upper chamber of the main valve piston. Adjustment of the stacking pin through the flow control pilot valve ensures the downstream flow reaches the set value. The lower chamber of the piston communicates with the downstream via a throttle orifice. The valve closes when pressure drops. The pressure differential across the main valve serves as the driving force for valve operation. Primarily used in air conditioning, water supply and drainage, fire protection, and various industrial and mining enterprises where water supply networks require filtration and flow control. It reduces upstream pressure to the preset downstream pressure, maintaining the set downstream pressure regardless of changes in upstream pressure or flow.

- This convenient and practical transmission sealing mechanism integrates three core functions—transmission, guidance, and sealing—while remaining completely independent from the valve body. During operation, the valve body is installed within the pipeline network. The entire mechanism can also be disassembled, facilitating easy maintenance and replacement of components. The valve incorporates three positioning and guidance mechanisms: the piston, valve stem, and guide frame. This ensures precise and reliable valve operation, eliminating the instability caused by single-point positioning found in other valves. The piston employs standard double-Y self-sealing rubber rings for secure and reliable sealing. Internal springs prevent vibration caused by sudden changes in fluid pressure or flow rate, automatically closing the valve during zero flow to prevent backflow. The hydraulic cylinder provides buffering action, reducing the impact of water hammer pressure on the pipeline network.
