Working Principle
Principle of the Air-Cushion Water Hammer Absorber: Under normal flow conditions, water flows through the pipeline via a perforated pipe and exits from the opposite end. When the water pressure exceeds the elastic strength of the telescopic liner and the pressure exerted by the air bladder on the liner, the telescopic liner bulges irregularly toward the air bladder. When the water pressure is lower than or equal to the air bladder pressure and the elastic strength of the telescopic liner, no bulging occurs.The water pressure within the valve body is transmitted to the telescopic liner via the perforated pipe. Due to the combined effects of the telescopic liner's elasticity and the air bladder's pressure, the telescopic liner provides rapid and effective buffering against the instantaneous pressure of water waves. This regulates the pressure within the pipe.Note: The optimal airbag inflation pressure is 70% of the working pressure. This pressure can be adjusted by inflating or deflating the nozzle valve. Tighten all bolts before installation to ensure proper equipment function. Tip: This product achieves optimal performance when installed downstream of a check valve with slow-closing or noise-reducing features.
