The main material of SRY welded Y-type filter is welded from coiled pipe or seamless pipe, with a caliber of DN40~DN600. Y-type filter belongs to pipeline coarse filter, which can be used for filtering liquids, gases or large particles of other media, and the filter is installed in the pipeline to remove large solid impurities in the fluids, so that the machines and equipments (including compressors, pumps, etc.) and instruments can work and operate normally to achieve the stabilization of the process to stabilize the process and ensure the role of safe production.

Working Principle

When fluid enters the filter cartridge equipped with a specified filter mesh, impurities are trapped while clean filtrate exits through the filter outlet. For cleaning, simply remove the detachable filter cartridge, process it, and reinstall it. This design ensures exceptionally convenient operation and maintenance.
