Data Deletion Instructions

If you hold a customer account on bllyco.com, including accounts created through Facebook Login, Google Sign‑In, X (Twitter) Login or LinkedIn Login, you may submit a formal request to delete your account and all associated personal data stored on our platform.

To make a deletion request, please send an email to info@bllyco.com with the following information for identity verification:

• Your registered full name
• Registered email address (the email linked to your social account)
• Company name (if applicable)
• Which social login provider you used to register (Facebook / Google / X / LinkedIn)

We will verify your identity and complete the account and personal data deletion within 7 business days after receiving your valid request.

After deletion, your account information, inquiry records and related personal data will be permanently removed from our active business system. Some data may be retained if required by applicable laws and regulations.

Deleting your BLLYCO account will not delete your original social media account on Facebook, Google, X or LinkedIn. If you want to revoke BLLYCO’s access permission to your social account, please manage the authorized applications inside your social platform settings.
