What is the minimum order quantity?

Stocked sizes start from one piece. Custom specifications usually start at 50–100 pieces, depending on the product and material.

How long is the lead time?

Stocked items ship in 3–7 days. Custom batches normally take 15–30 days; please confirm production slots in peak season.

Can you manufacture to our drawing?

Yes. Send a drawing or a sample and we will produce a trial batch for your approval before the full run.

Which payment terms do you accept?

T/T in advance for the first order, and 30% deposit with the balance before shipment for repeat orders. L/C at sight is available for larger batches.

Do you supply test reports and export documents?

Yes. Every shipment can include the material certificate, the pressure test report and the export documents your customs broker needs.
