A42F46-16C fluorine lined safety valve is mainly used for chlor-alkali chemical industry, liquid chlorine, hydrochloric acid and other high-risk corrosive media pressurized equipment, pressure vessels and pipeline automatic pressure relief device. The valve body is lined with PTFE (F46 or PFA), and the key part is made of full PTFE (F46 or PTFE), which increases the corrosion resistance and can effectively prevent the corrosion of liquid chlorine, hydrochloric acid, strong corrosive media.

The A42F46-16C fluorine-lined safety valve features a valve body, valve core, and valve disc fully lined with 2.5-3mm thick F46 and PFA. It withstands corrosive media including liquid chlorine, hydrochloric acid, concentrated nitric acid, and aqua regia.
